Your Guide to Mother’s Day Weekend in Boise

Sunday, May 10th is Mother’s Day – how will you treat your mom? Don’t worry, we’ve worked with a few of our partners to give you some ideas for this weekend!

Your guide to Mother’s Day Weekend, Saturday:

Take mom out on the town for brunch – our favorite 8th street restaurants and top picks:

  • Fork – the Market Breakfast (two local eggs any style, choice of Fork fries or Idaho Yukon Gold ‘Hash Browns’, cup o’ fruit & Zeppole toast) – a true taste of Boise’s finest, freshest ingredients. Don’t forget to have mom make her own Bloody Mary with their “build your own bloody mary bar”! Check out the full menu here.
  • Juniper – is your mom more of a sweet-breakfast gal? Juniper’s Buttermilk Pancakes with Whiskey Maple Syrup and Honey Butter is melt-in-your-mouth pure delicious delight. Take a look at their full menu here.
  • Red Feather – Feeling a little more of the lounge scene? Red Feather’s brunch menu is always changing to feature the freshest ingredients in their menu items (so we don’t have a link for you, but trust us on this one.) Don’t miss out on their eclectic cocktails if your mom is the ‘try something new’ type.
  • If you’d like to peruse the market booths and have a bite at the market, stop by Les Crepe Gitane (by the Capitol Building) for some tres-bonne crepes!

When you’re done munching on brunch, take a walk through the market. Or, if your mom already has plans this Saturday, make sure you walk through the market for gift ideas. Some we’ve put together for you:
