Fresh Recipe: Apple Pie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • ½ cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 very large apple, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup skim milk (or almond milk)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

Throw everything in the blender, and blend until smooth.
