Fresh Recipe: Gazpacho

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 large cucumbers, peeled
  • 2 medium sized heirloom tomatoes
  • 3 large tomatillos, husk removed
  • 2 sweet peppers, core and stem removed
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 1/2 jalapeno
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:

Puree first 7 ingredients together. Add desired amount of balsamic vinegar. Season with salt & pepper.
