Vendor Requirements
The Capital City Public Market has been open since 1994 -We pride ourselves on featuring QUALITY, Idaho-made products.
If you're looking to apply, please first ask yourself:

Are you a farmer, rancher, artisan, or do you make a specialty food item?

Is your product designed or grown and produced entirely by you?

Do you make your product here in Idaho?

Specialty Food Vendors: do you use a commercial kitchen to prepare your item?

Have you been to the Market to see if your product would add something unique to it?
If so, you may be the kind of vendor we are looking to add to the Capital City Public Market!

Booth Spaces Cost:
-
$65/week for Agriculture, Art, and Specialty Food vendors
-
$75/week for Waitlist vendors
-
$80/week for High Stall vendors (wine, bakery, brick and mortar)
Requirements:
-
You must have a 10'x10' white canopy WITH 20 lbs. weights on each leg (contact the office to check rental availability)

$1,000,000 General Liability Insurance
-
Idaho Sellers Permit , Temporary sellers permit or ST-124 Form (if you don't have a sellers permit)
-
Temporary Food Establishment Permit
-
register for the event through the state tax commission (info is provided in the application)
How to Apply

New Vendor Applications are filled through MarketSpread.com.

There is a $35 non-refundable application fee.

All applications are reviewed by our Market Membership Committee, which typically meets monthly.

If you are a Specialty Food applicant, please be prepared to drop off samples for the Membership Committee meeting (contact us for the logistics)

If you are an Artisan, we require digital images of your work.

Final approval may include a site visit to your studio, commercial kitchen, or store.
